Meet Pallabi Paul

Pallabi Paul is a storyteller at heart and a voice that inspires. As a published author and an engaging speaker, she has touched countless lives through her words. Her books—Chorai Sukher Ghran, Tehai, and Trojan Horse have earned wide acclaim, and her stories, articles, and novellas have found homes in popular magazines and anthologies. A few of her pieces have even been turned into audio series. Pallabi has also shared her thoughts and experiences on stage at events like the Newtown Literature Festival, AI Champ Seminar and the Kolkata Youth Literary Meet hosted by the Newtown Bookfair. Born in the quaint town of Andul, Howrah, Pallabi’s journey is one of passion and transformation. After earning a degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta, she pursued her love for people and problem-solving with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, from Symbiosis Pune.
 
 Professionally, Pallabi Paul has over a decade of experience as an HR expert in the corporate industry. She has experience working for industry leaders like Intel Mobile Communications, Microtalk India, Paperlink Softwares, Zreyas Technology and Machinesense. Her work focuses on business strategy, branding, and HR operations, empowering employees to help businesses flourish. She has also gained international experience during her early career in Canada with organizations like Telus Spark, The Bay, and Cococo Chocolateries.
